Refund Policy

• You are eligible for a refund if your return is approved after our quality check (QC).
  • Refunds include the product price and shipping fee, if applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If you paid online, your refund will be sent to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card, etc.).
  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bKash/Nagad number for the refund.
  • Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Note: We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete.

• পণ্য রিটার্ন QC পাস করার পর আপনি রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন।
  • রিফান্ডের মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য ও শিপিং ফি অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে (যদি প্রযোজ্য)।
  • রিফান্ড পেতে সাধারণত ৭–১০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর।
  • অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করলে, রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই পাঠানো হবে (যেমনঃ বিকাশ, নগদ, কার্ড)।
  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে, রিফান্ডের জন্য আমরা আপনার বিকাশ/নগদ নম্বর চাইতে পারি।
  • রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম অনুসারে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

দ্রষ্টব্য: ব্যবহৃত, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে হাইরেলা রিফান্ড বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
