Return Policy

• You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals.
  • To start a return, please contact Highrella’s customer support with your order details.
  • Once approved, return the item to the provided address.
  • Refunds will be processed after the item passes Quality Control (QC).

  • রিটার্ন শুরু করতে, হাইরেলার কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট-এ অর্ডারের তথ্য সহ যোগাযোগ করুন।
  • অনুমোদনের পর, দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পণ্য ফেরত দিন।
  • QC সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হবে।
